Using a jacketed mixing vessel, such as a jacketed steam boiler, and electric heaters allows for the mixing of liquid and barely solid ingredients. The sterile manufacturing vessel has a stirrer attached to an electric motor. A variable frequency drive is given on the top dish to control the speed of the machine. The stirrer has a single-cartridge dry carbon seal. With PU wheels and SS brackets, the complete construction is installed on pipe legs. Both the inside and the outside of the vessel have been polished. The tank also has an inner surface that has been electropolished and a bottom door magnetic stirrer. The vessel has a stainless-steel jacket that can be heated and cooled using steam or electricity. Mineral wool serves as insulation, while sheets of welded stainless-steel cover the exterior of the sterile vessel.
The vessel injectable has a dished bottom and top and is cylindrical and vertical. The top can have flanged ends that are attached to the flange of the shell using a silicone gasket. The top dish is installed with the sterile mixing vessel with a stirrer connected to a suitable motor and a variable frequency controller (VFD).
